If so, we can offer you an initial no obligation consultation by e-mail regardless of whether you are a GSHS member. We will get back to you and let you know whether we can advise you further. If we can’t help with your particular question, we will point you in the direction of the university information or advice centre best suited to do so.

Full members (doctoral candidates)
Are you already a member but have questions about your doctorate that neither your supervisor(s) nor your faculty office can help with? Would you like advice on how best to organise your doctorate, on the sorts of skills you can acquire alongside working on your dissertation, or the opportunities a doctorate can open up for you? Are you experiencing problems with your project or wondering how to get the best out of the collaboration with your supervisor?
We are here to help and advise you! We will take time to talk things over with you and, if we can’t solve your particular problem, we’ll put you in touch with someone who can.
Advice is provided by the director of the GSHS, Dr Jeanne Ruffing.
Please just send us an e-mail or give us a call on 06131-39-21115.
